We are involved right from the contractual stage of the financing operation between the project owner and the financing operator, to optimize the organization of the trust throughout the life of the project.
Each operation is carefully studied to understand the nature of the fundraising and the specificities of the project owner (property trader, private individual, partnership with a crowdfunder) so as to propose the right trust project.
Our specific expertise in the contractual structuring of securities trusts is recognized and particularly appreciated by our customers. Depending on how the project is structured, we also assist our customers with the corporate side of financing, by structuring the SPV(s) used to finance the real estate project.
When the transaction is unwound, we ensure that the debt secured by the trust has been paid off and that the settlor(s) have fulfilled their obligations.
